I recently published a phone app that Takes Images, finds text in it and translates to Hindi. It is built on top of two of my previous posts – OCR and Translator.

Some people used it to translate sign boards, others used it to translate WhatsApp Message. The app is in very early stage, hence UI and UX are in real bad state.
